Shopify Integration for Zoho CRM
Shopify serves as an ecommerce platform designed for creating online stores. By utilizing the Shopify extension for Zoho CRM, you can seamlessly sync customer data, sales information, and product details between your Shopify store and Zoho CRM. This integration allows you to import Shopify customers as contacts into Zoho CRM, enabling efficient tracking of their purchases and expenditures.
Extension Features
Automatically synchronize your Shopify customers with contacts or leads in Zoho CRM.

Order details are instantly updated in Zoho CRM. Shopify customer information is also shared with Zoho CRM, so you can create or update customer records as needed.
Note: You need to have a Shopify account and Zoho CRM account to install this extension
Extension Installation
Go to Zoho marketplace and install the extension.
Choose the profiles to whom you want to install the application in Zoho CRM and proceed with installation.
Extension Settings
Configure the Shopify by adding your Shop URL and the Access token. Kindly refer to the Instrustions here on how to get the access token.
After configuring the store, select your sync preference under "Sync settings". Below are the Options.
Shopify to Zoho CRM: It will only sync the records from your Shopify to Zoho CRM.
Zoho CRM to Shopify: It will sync the records that are being created within your Zoho CRM to shopify.
Two-way: It allows us sync the records from shopify to CRM as well as from your CRM to shopify.
Data Sync: You can sync your existing records from your Shopify to CRM using the "Shopify Data Sync" option. Click on the each module to sync your data.
Module Mapping: Map the shopify entities with your relevant CRM modules. In general all the entities were mapped to the default modules within your CRM. As per your wish you can change the mapping of the entities.
Status Mapping: In the Sales order module mapping, you can customize the sales order status as per your shopify order status.
Extension Working
Once the mapping is done all the orders and products along with their customer details will be mapped within your CRM as per the mapping you have done.
View all the Orders related to particular customer within the Contacts Module.
Custom App Creation in Shopify
Kindly navigate to the settings page in Shopify.
Settings > Apps and sales channels > Develop apps
Click on "Create an App". Name the application as per your wish.
Once the custom app is created install it in your shopify.
Under the configuration you have to add some scopes, below are the list of scopes need to be added. Also you must change your webhook version as Unstable .
write_customers, read_customers, write_draft_orders, read _draft_orders, write_orders, read orders, write _products, read_products

After adding the scopes navigate to "API credentials" and get your Access token.
