Extension Features
The SMS can be sent from the Leads, Contacts, Deals, and Accounts modules. View the conversations held within each contact in Zoho CRM.
Send personalized messages to a specific set of contacts using Zoho CRM filters.
Along with the single SMS, you can also send bulk SMS messages to your customers in Zoho CRM.
Send scheduled SMS messages to your customers when you have no time to send them manually. You can also create and manage templates inside Zoho CRM.
Extension Installation
Go to Zoho marketplace and install the extension following the below steps.
Choose the profiles to whom you want to install the application in Zoho CRM and proceed with installation.
Extension Settings
Kindly log in to your MSG91 account and get the Auth Key.
Paste the Auth Key copied from your MSG91 account page.
Extension Working
Once the configuration is done kindly navigate to any of your module, and open any specific record and select "Send SMS - MSG91".
Select your phone number and enter the desired message and then click on Send.
In addition to the single SMS you can also Send Bulk SMS to your customers.
Extension History
You can able to see the SMS history within the respective records along with the status of the SMS.
